Top Five Tips For Changing Self Talk to Cure Imposter Syndrome

1. Meditate as soon as you wake up. 
2. Flip the switch in your brain from I can't, to I can. 
3. Reframe comparing yourself/jealous feelings
4. Become your best friend - would you talk to your friend the way you talk to yourself?
5. Focus on what you are happy with/proud of instead of what you don't like about yourself.
